Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All products from Munted Art Designs are created on demand through our production partner, Printify.
This means nothing exists until you order it — your item is freshly printed just for you.

Processing time:
2–5 business days
(excluding weekends, holidays, and global chaos)

Some items may ship sooner depending on the print provider and product type.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and which Printify provider fulfills your order.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • USA: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • UK & Europe: 3–10 business days

  • Australia & NZ: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs, carrier issues, or the occasional global meltdown.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped by Printify’s network of print providers using major carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL
  • Royal Mail
  • Australia Post
  • Canada Post

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships (some items may ship separately).

Multiple Packages

Because different products are produced by different Printify providers, your items may arrive in separate packages.
Don’t panic — they’re not lost, they’re just travelling independently.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • product type
  • fulfillment location
  • shipping destination

We do not control Printify’s shipping fees, but we keep them as fair as possible.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties.
These are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Unfortunately we can’t mark orders as gifts or falsify customs info — the universe would implode, and also it’s illegal.

Order Not Received

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days after the maximum estimated delivery window, contact us at:

We’ll investigate with the print provider and replace or refund if necessary.

Incorrect Address

If you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP.
If the order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can update it.
If it already shipped, we can’t recall it — so double-check your address before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

Stuff happens. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise cursed, email us within 7 days with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a short description

We’ll replace it at no cost.
